AUTOMOTIVE TRADES REGISTRATION AND FAIR PRACTICES (FORMS AND FEES) REGULATIONS
under s. 35
These Regulations may be cited as the Automotive Trades Registration and Fair Practices (Forms and Fees) Regulations.
The forms set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations shall be used for the purposes of the Act and the particulars contained therein are hereby prescribed as the particulars required under the Act.
The fees specified in the Second Schedule to these Regulations shall be payable under the Act.
