MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS (DESIGNATION OF AUTHORITY) ORDER

This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Designation of Authority) Order.
2. Appropriate authority for purposes of the Act
The Attorney General is hereby designated as the appropriate authority for purposes of implementing the provisions of the Act.
