NATIONAL ARCHIVES (FEES FOR USE OF DOCUMENTS) REGULATIONS

    1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Archives (Fees for use of Documents) Regulations.

    2. The fees payable for obtaining a permit for the use of documents in the National Archives shall be in accordance with the fees specified in the Schedule—

    (a)    Foreign researchers—        

        (i)    for a permit for a period not exceeding 12 months    20    00

        (ii)    for renewal of the permit specified in paragraph (i)

    for a period not exceeding 12 months     10    00

    (b)    Local researchers, for a period not exceeding 12 months     2    00
