These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Safety, Health and Welfare (Registration, Renewal, Transfer and Examination Fees) Regulations.
The fees specified in the Schedule are prescribed in respect of the matters referred to therein.

3. Revocation of Regulations to Cap. 55:07 sub. leg. p. 58 (reg. 2)
The Occupational, Safety, Health and Welfare (Registration, Renewal, Transfer and Examination Fees) Regulations, are hereby revoked.
