PROTECTION OF NATIONAL NAMES (APPLICATIONS FOR PERMITS) REGULATIONS

1.    Citation

    These Regulations may be cited as the Protection of National Names (Applications for Permits) Regulations.

2.    Application

    Every application for a permit under section 6 of the Act shall be in writing and signed by the applicant and shall set forth the following particulars—

    (a)    the proposed name which is to be registered;

    (b)    the nature of the enterprise involved;

    (c)    the address where the business will be carried on.
